Dylan Bachelet, 20, has caused a stir online, with viewers likening the aspiring chef to Pirates of the Caribbean's character Will Turner, who was played by the dashing Orlando Bloom, and suggesting he belongs in a romantic animated movie.

Thanks to his long hair, piercing eyes, silver hoop earrings and goatee, the talented contestant has become an instant hit with fans.

His bold style - which includes the occasional bandanna, a patterned jumper vest and a navy bakerboy cap - is equally attracting attention and helping him stand out from the crowd.

One impressed viewer wrote on X: 'Both me and my husband have agreed that - objectively of course, observing the sanctity of our marriage at all times - Dylan is absolutely incredibly beautiful as a human man.'

According to his Baking Show bio, Dylan is a retail assistant from Buckinghamshire who recently took a gap year traveling through Southeast Asia. I have got this and that wrong with me and think I can't do it, and you make excuses.
