He, later on, moved into the fitness field and turned it into a full-time career. After attending and graduating from Deptford Township High School, Shaun attended Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey.

At Rowan, Shaun majored in exercise science with a minor in theater and dance and was an Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity member.

He graduated from Rowan and moved to Los Angeles to begin his career.
